  • Is the property far from the city centre?

    all the facilities of Casa Belfiore are located approximately 1.2 km from the historic center of Vicenza (source google maps).

  • How far is it from Vicenza Hospital?

    All the facilities of Casa Belfiore are located less than approximately 300 meters from the entrance to the San Bortolo Hospital ("old" entrance in the cloister area).

  • Do you also serve breakfast?

    We are sorry but tourist rentals cannot offer services such as breakfast.

  • I have a medium/small sized dog, can I take him with me?

    Four-legged friends are welcome with us.

  • I have already paid online, do I have to pay the tourist tax at the property?

    Yes, the tourist tax is never included in the online rates and must be paid directly at the facility.

  • For payments in the facility, can I use a debit or credit card?

    Of course, we accept debit cards, credit cards or PayPal.

  • I have a bicycle with me, do you have a place where I can keep it?

    All facilities have a garage where you can keep your bike (subject to availability).

  • I booked a room with two beds, single use, can the second bed also be occupied by other people?

    If the other person is your companion/guest, they can certainly stay with you, but it is necessary that we are informed of this in advance.

  • I booked a room for single use, can I accommodate another person for the night in the accommodation?

    Every guest who stays in the structure must be registered at the Vicenza Police Headquarters, therefore any additional guest staying in the room must be communicated in advance to the property.

  • Can I bring an external guest to the facility?

    Of course, as long as the guest does not stay overnight in the facility, in which case they must be registered.
