  • Is the property far from the city centre?

    all the Casa Belfiore structures are located approximately 1.2 km from the historic centre of Vicenza (source google maps).

  • How far is it from Vicenza Hospital?

    All the Casa Belfiore facilities are located less than about 300 meters from the entrance of the San Bortolo Hospital (the "old" entrance in the cloister area). From the new entrance (Via Rodolfi) we are a 5-minute walk away.

  • Do you also serve breakfast?

    We are sorry but tourist rentals cannot offer services such as breakfast. However, there are some bars in the immediate vicinity where you can find excellent breakfasts.

  • I have a medium/small sized dog, can I bring it with me?

    Four-legged friends are welcome at our place. However, we ask you to inform us in advance of their presence in order to better organize your stay and that of other guests, as not all of our facilities accept animals.

  • I have already paid online, do I have to pay the tourist tax at the property?

    Yes, the tourist tax is never included in the online rates, and must be paid directly at the facility.

  • For payments at the facility, can I use a debit or credit card?

    Of course, we accept debit cards, credit cards or paypal.

  • I have a bicycle with me, do you have a place where I can keep it?

    All facilities have a garage where you can keep your bike (subject to space availability).

  • I booked a room with two beds, for single use, can the second bed also be occupied by other people?

    If the other person is your companion / guest, they can certainly stay with you, but it is necessary that we are informed in advance. If you have already paid for the reservation online, any additional cost can be paid directly at the facility. The room is absolutely not shared with other guests who are not your companions.

  • I booked a single room, can I host another person for the night in the accommodation?

    Each guest staying in the facility must be registered at the Vicenza Police Headquarters, therefore any additional guest staying in the room must be notified to the property in advance.

  • Can I bring an external guest into the property?

    Of course, as long as the guest does not stay overnight in the facility, in which case it is necessary to register him. Any additional cost (only in case of overnight stay) can be agreed with the facility.
